Responsibility for Your Content

If your name, voice, image, or likeness appears in the Content you post (such as profile photos or video sessions), you agree that we may use them as part of the platform's features, promotions, or day-to-day operations. For instance, if you're an Expert, we might highlight your profile to help connect you with Members who could benefit from your expertise.
You also grant other users and site visitors the right to view, use, and share your content strictly through Accomplishr, as long as they comply with our Terms of Service and applicable laws.
We may display advertisements or promotions near your content or related information without offering compensation to you. Additionally, depending on the settings in your profile, we may use your name, image, or profile information in connection with promotional activities or to highlight platform features.
Sharing Ideas and Feedback
We appreciate your feedback and ideas for improving Accomplishr. By sharing suggestions, you agree:
Your ideas are unsolicited and offered freely.
We can use, modify, or share them without compensating you.
We may already be working on similar ideas or receive similar suggestions from others.

The platform enables Users to connect, build working relationships, schedule sessions through services like Fireside Chat and Book Now, and process payments securely.
Our platform is not intended for personal or consumer use outside of these professional or business contexts.
Additionally, Accomplishr provides resources, such as the blogs, which aim to offer insightful and valuable information for our community. While we strive to ensure that the information we share is timely, accurate, and helpful, we cannot guarantee its completeness or reliability. Therefore:
You should not rely on the blog or any other content as financial, tax, or legal advice.
Always independently verify the accuracy of the information before making decisions or taking action based on it.
By using Accomplishr, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your use of any resources or content provided on the platform.
Prohibited Uses of Accomplishr

Is violent, harassing, discriminatory, or encourages harm toward individuals or groups, including legally protected groups.
Contains sexually explicit material, sex work, or escort services.
Relates to child exploitation in any form.
Infringes on intellectual property rights, such as copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
Violates Accomplishr's Terms of Service or similar agreements on other platforms.
Violates academic or professional standards, such as ghostwriting, submitting someone else's work as your own, or cheating on exams and certifications.
Includes false reviews, misleading information, or manipulated content (e.g., “deep fakes” or fake news).
Threaten or Intimidate others by causing fear or promoting harm to self or others.
Acting Fraudulently or Misleading Others
You must conduct yourself honestly and transparently. Misrepresentation or deceptive behavior on Accomplishr is not allowed. This includes:
False representation of identity, skills, or qualifications:
Lying about your expertise or experience.
Using someone else's profile, content, or image as your own.
Uploading a profile photo that misrepresents your identity.
Impersonation and false claims:
Pretending to be someone you're not, including Accomplishr staff or representatives.
Misrepresenting affiliations with organizations or individuals.
Dishonesty in work or proposals:
Allowing others to access or use your account.
Submitting work or proposals on behalf of an Expert who cannot or will not perform the service.
Fraudulent payment behavior:
Experts may not:
Bill for a program or milestone not completed.
Demand bribes or payments without providing services.
Misrepresent their qualifications or expertise in their profile to intentionally mislead members into scheduling a BookNow session under false pretenses
Members may not:
Request unreasonable or disproportionate services relative to the payment offered.
Demand Book Now or Program sessions with Experts without intending to provide payment.
Treating Others Unfairly
Accomplishr promotes fairness, respect, and legal compliance in all interactions. You may not:
Express unlawful preferences in proposals or postings.
Discriminate against anyone unlawfully.
Incite or promote violence against others.
Share personal or sensitive data about another user without their permission.
Spam or harass others, including contacting users outside of Accomplishr without their consent.
Demand bribes, fees, or payments unrelated to the services provided.
Misusing Our Feedback System
Our feedback system is designed for fairness and integrity. You may not:
Manipulate feedback:
Withhold payments to pressure others for positive feedback.
Exchange feedback for payments or favors.
Threaten negative feedback to manipulate another user.
Post unrelated or inappropriate feedback:
Share unrelated views that do not relate to the activity or content shared between Users as part of provided services and interactions.
Engage in feedback fraud:
Offer fake services or create false accounts to inflate ratings.
Other Prohibited Activities
To ensure trust and maintain the integrity of Accomplishr's platform, you may not:
Share or transfer accounts:
Maintain multiple accounts.
Sell, trade, or transfer your account without written permission.
Bypass Accomplishr processes:
Share direct contact information before agreeing to a service contract.
Add contact details to profiles, job postings, or messages to circumvent Accomplishr.
Promote external services:
Advertise other websites, products, or services.
Use Accomplishr to recruit users for competing platforms or agencies without permission.
Tamper with or abuse our technology:
Attempt to bypass security features or restrictions.
Interfere with our systems, server security, or data transmissions.
Use unauthorized tools like bots, spiders, or scrapers to collect information.
Copy, distribute, or use any platform data without our consent.
Introduce harmful software, viruses, or malware.
Overwhelm the platform with excessive requests or data.
Access services through unauthorized tools or technologies.
Frame or link to our services without written permission.
Reverse engineer, decode, or modify our platform's source code.

Enforcing Our Terms of Use
To ensure Accomplishr remains a reliable and trustworthy platform, we enforce these rules. If you violate these terms, we may suspend your account or restrict your access to the platform. If you notice someone else breaking these rules, we encourage you to report it to us.
How We Enforce These Rules
We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violations of these Terms of Use and take appropriate action, which may include removing content, suspending access, or disabling accounts.
Content Removal and Account Suspension: If we believe you've violated these terms, we may pause, alter, or remove any content you've posted on Accomplishr. Additionally, we can suspend or permanently disable your account and stop your use of Accomplishr's services.
No Waiver of Future Enforcement: Just because we don't act on a breach immediately does not mean we waive our right to address similar or future breaches.
What Happens if We Suspend Your Account:
If we disable or close your account, you will no longer be able to use Accomplishr's services. However, the following will remain in place:
Our right to use and display any feedback or ratings you've received.
Other users' rights to access, share, and interact with content you previously posted, as outlined in Section 1.4.2.
Your obligation to comply with all rules outlined in Section 3.
We take enforcement of our rules seriously to protect the integrity of our community and platform.
Reporting Violations of These Rules
If you see someone violating our Terms of Use, please report it to our support team promptly.
How to Report: Contact our customer support team by submitting a report via Contact Us form in our Help section of the Accomplishr site.
Your Role in Helping Us: If we follow up on your report, you agree to cooperate with us during the investigation. This might include providing relevant details or taking reasonable actions to help us resolve the issue.
Your cooperation helps us maintain a safe and professional environment for all users on Accomplishr.
Definitions
“Affiliate:” An entity that manages, is managed by, or shares management with Accomplishr.
“Content:” Anything posted or shared on Accomplishr, including profiles, reviews, and user-generated text, images, or videos.
