Non-Identifying Information and De-Identified Information
Non-Identifying Information/Usernames:
We may collect other information that does not directly identify you, such as zip codes, demographic data, general project or session-related details, and information about how you use the Accomplishr platform (“Non-Identifying Information”). This includes data gathered from all users, whether registered or unregistered (“Accomplishr Users”). In some cases, we may transform certain Personal Information (e.g., email addresses) into a form of Non-Identifying Information, referred to as “Hashed Information.” This transformation uses a mathematical process, known as a hash function, to convert the information into an anonymized code. While this code does not directly identify you, it may be used by Accomplishr's partners to associate your activities and interests for analytics or relevant services.
Combination of Personal and Non-Identifying Information:
We may combine your Personal Information with Non-Identifying Information to improve the quality of our Services and provide a better user experience. In such cases, Accomplishr will treat the combined data as Personal Information under this Privacy Policy.
De-Identified Information:
We may also anonymize, aggregate, or de-identify information so that it can no longer reasonably identify you (“De-Identified Information”). We may use this De-Identified Information for any of the purposes outlined in the “How We Use the Information We Collect” section below, such as analytics, service improvements, or research.
We will maintain De-Identified Information in its anonymized form and will not attempt to re-identify the data, except to validate our de-identification processes or when required to do so by law.
Information Collected Automatically
Like many online platforms, we automatically receive certain technical information when you interact with or use our Services. We use this information to analyze user behavior, improve the functionality of our Site, store login details for future sessions, and serve you with relevant advertisements.
Accomplishr and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies (such as web beacons and embedded scripts) to analyze trends, manage the Site, track movement across the Site, desktop app, and mobile app, and collect demographic information about our user base as a whole. These technologies allow us to gather data such as:
- Browser type and version
- Device type and unique identifiers
- Operating system and network information
- Actions taken on the platform (e.g., pages visited, duration of visits, and clicks)
- Referring URLs or advertisements that directed you to our platform
We may also engage third-party partners (such as marketing agencies, analytics providers, and security service providers) to collect similar information for security, fraud detection, and performance analysis purposes.
For more information on how we use cookies, please review our Cookie Policy.
Analytics Providers, Ad Servers, and Similar Third Parties
We may work with third-party vendors, including advertising networks, analytics providers, and service partners, to better understand how users interact with Accomplishr and to deliver advertisements that may be of interest to you. These partners may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information about your activity on the platform and across other websites or services. This information helps us:
- Analyze traffic, usage patterns, and behaviors on Accomplishr
- Measure the performance of our ads and content
- Serve personalized ads on other websites, mobile apps, and online platforms
Some partners may collect Personal Information when you visit Accomplishr or other online services. We may share certain Non-Identifying Information or Hashed Information with these partners for analytics or advertising purposes.

For U.S. users, visit the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) and the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA)
For European Union users, visit the Your Online Choices page.
Note: You must opt out on each browser and device where you access Accomplishr. Opting out does not stop all ads; it simply means they may be less personalized.
Do Not Track (DNT) Signals and Global Privacy Control (GPC)
Your browser may allow you to automatically send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal to websites and services you visit. Please note that Accomplishr does not currently change its practices in response to DNT signals. To learn more about Do Not Track, visit: http://www.allaboutdnt.com.
Additionally, Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a browser setting you can use to communicate your privacy preferences regarding ad trackers. Accomplishr honors GPC signals where required, but enabling GPC may impact the functionality of certain features or preferences on our Site.
